Season Two: Dark and Mephiles

Recurring characters introduced in this season:

DARK GARDEN:
- SShade: Grey Dark Chao, also named "Shade." I thought this one was female, so that's how I wrote her. Script distinguishes her as "She-Shade," or "SShade."
- ShadeF: Shade's Future self. Wears a cowboy hat, has a stubble and a shotgun. Everyone technically has a Future self, but ShadeF is the recurring one.
NEUTRAL GARDEN:
- no one new
HERO GARDEN:
- no one new
EVERYONE ELSE:
- Mephiles: Introduced in Sonic 06. A Shadow-shaped demonic hate-god. Here he's kind of silly, and I love him.
- Neo Metal Sonic: Metal Sonic in the Future. Appears in his Sonic Heroes form, because it's cool. He will be back eventually.
- The Instability: they hunger. they wait, thirty years from now, biding their time. they hunger.
- Other minor characters appear and are generally introduced at the time.

- There's now a girl in the Dark Garden who is also named Shade! Whoa!
EPISODE 10: Attack of Doctor Phyllis
- Enter Mephiles the Dark, enter the concept of Gods in this kid's fanfic.
EPISODE 11: Doctor Phyllis' Most Evil Of All Evils Revenge
- Mephiles strikes back, this time forcing actual video game logic to apply to our beloved heroes!
EPISODE 12: Tail the Horrible Dictator From Beyond Planet Dooky!
- Mephiles has powered up a chao's brain! Stuff happens!
EPISODE 13: Flight of the Thursday Players
- It's time for the second poker game.
EPISODE 14: Shade and Dark's Strange Journey Into the Beyond Part 1: The Soggy Saga Starts
- In the basement of their kindergarten, the chao discover a dark future...
EPISODE 15: Shade and Dark's Strange Journey Into the Beyond Part 2: Killer Mafia Of Doom!
- The chao return to their dark future with resolve.
