My YouTube channel has a load of videos on it, but as a channel it isn't designed for casual viewing, instead more of a big host for video content that I needed to upload for the purposes of my many stories. Sometimes there's side stuff, dedicated standalone videos, but who would be able to tell? So that's what this page is for.

Reactions with "Nate at Night"
My brother Nathan has a much cooler YouTube channel that is meant to be casually browsed. He reads, watches, plays, generally reacts to internet horror content. And in 2025 he began inviting me on as a weekly guest!
- Marble Hornets - This is the very first Slender Man video series, which I've been a diehard fan of ever since 2010. While not a blind reaction from either of us, it's a very good vibe wth a lot of gushing.
- EverymanHYBRID - One of the earlier Slender Man video series, though it's much more of a sprawling crossover horror ARG. Neither Nathan nor I kept up with this one as it was active, so this is a blind reaction from us.
DJay plays some vidya games
I love a good Let's Play. I love it as another option of experiencing a game, and some of my favorite games I've ever bought were ones I had first only seen a Let's Play of. (You know what they are, right? It's literally just video footage of someone playing a game, generally with their voice recorded too.) On my YouTube channel, I upload all kinds of content, but recently I've been doing LPs too.
I play what I can, I am sometimes even able to finish the games, and I always seem to have some technical problems but I'm slowly getting better. Expect a lot of paying attention, quiet reactions, some goofy jokes, and me getting scared.
- Sonic Robo Blast 2 - May 2023. My favorite Sonic game, one I've been playing since I was like 11. Specifically this is version 2.2. I play through the main campaign and also the three Challenge levels.
- U-Me Nikki - October 2023. Specifically, this is an elaborate map in VR Chat that adapts a bulk of the game Yume Nikki, so, in effect, this is Yume Nikki In VR.
- Sonic Superstars - October 2023. A new 2D Sonic game. I bought it and played it the day it came out. This LP had probably the worst technical problem, in that I accidentally deleted all my voice commentary, so most of the Let's Play is just gameplay footage. I did record new bits of commentary to cover what was missed, though.
- Blair Witch - November 2023. My first LP of a Bloober Team game. I take a stroll through the woods in a horror game based on a movie I had not seen. It's pretty good.
- Layers of Fear - January 2024. Second LP of a Bloober Team game. This is a big anthology of several related horror stories, including the remake of the very first Bloober game I played. I have a pretty good time, though I do critique the remake part, and I, uh, run into a game-breaking glitch leaving this LP UNFINISHED.
- [ECHOSTASIS] - July 2024. The third game in the Enigma trilogy, which I deeply respect. But I struggle with this game. I get to the third level and then have to leave it UNFINISHED.
- Pools - July 2024. A two-hour experience. A surreal walk through an indoor space. Pretty good vibes. I do this to calm down after ECHOSTASIS.
- Super Mario 64 B3313 - August 2024. A surreal Mario 64 hack that basically puts Mario in a comically large maze of distortions and unsettling empty rooms. I play it for two hours and have a good time. I don't know if I'll return to it.
- Riven - October 2024. Part 1 of my Three LPs of Halloween. This is a first-person puzzle game from the 90s, remade in 2024 with full VR support, that I play for the very first time. I elect to just play a bit of it here and show off what the game is like; I will not finish this LP.
- Mouthwashing - October 2024. Part 2 of my Three LPs of Halloween. A fresh new indie horror with a really good story. Another two-hour experience. Comically, I play 95% of the game, literally up to the last five minutes, and then have to quit because a gameplay portion is too frustrating. There is no point to me finishing this one.
- Silent Hill 2 - October 2024. The Halloween Feature Presentation. Bloober Team's biggest and best game. A remake of a 2001 horror classic I never played. I consider this Let's Play to have been therapeutic for me, letting me overcome some hangups I have with my fear. I fucking finish this one.
Older LPs
I had done sporadic LPs in my earlier years too. Some of them have slight historic value I guess, but I never revisit these.
- Trilby's Notes - January 2011. My brother Nathan plays the beginning of this early indie horror, on a crappy webcam.
- Reimagine: The Game - June 2011. I play some kinda flash game, on a crappy webcam. Apparently my video card couldn't even support FRAPS at the time. Damn.
- Fear Mythos: The RPG - August 2012. Now directly screen-captured, I play the hotly-newly-released first ever video game for the Fear Mythos, LizardBite's RPG. This game even features some characters from my stories.
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - April 2013. With the help of my brother Adam, I make an honest attempt to play through the game I grew up with and always hated. I don't get very far.
- Sonic Robo Blast 2 - January 2017. (Amusingly enough, this isn't even my first LP of SRB2. The first one was of a Final Demo, pre-2.0. I put it on Facebook many many years ago.) This 2017 LP is of version 2.1, which despite only being a decimal point away from the version I played in 2023, is pretty drastically different.
